ทำไมอยากให้ยกเลิก ผมจะเล่าให้ฟัง

- อัตราขายไฟจาก Solar หน่วยละ 1.68 บาท

- แต่เราซื้อไฟใช้หน่วยละ 4 บาท

- ต้องจ่ายค่ามิเตอร์ 9000 กว่าบาท

- มีคนจำนวนมากเข้าใจว่าค่ามิเตอร์ 9000 กว่าบาท รัฐบาลจะติดตั้งมิเตอร์ที่เรียกว่า Net Metering ซึ่งคำว่า Net Metering มาตรฐานในโลกนี้แปลว่า หน่วยที่ผลิตได้จากโซล่า กับ หน่วยที่ใช้ไฟจากการไฟฟ้า นำมาหักลบกัน เหลือกี่หน่วยจ่ายตามจริง ยกตัวอย่างเช่น เดือนนี้ใช้ไฟ 400 หน่วย ผลิตไฟจากโซล่าได้ 200 หน่วย เท่ากับเดือนนี้จ่ายค่าไฟ 200 หน่วย x ด้วยอัตราค่าไฟของประเทศนั้นๆ

- แต่ที่นี่ประเทศไทย ย่อมไม่เหมือนใคร คิดได้ซับซ้อนกว่าจนฝรั่งงง ผมคนไทยยังงง แต่ตอนนี้เข้าใจแล้ว จะพยายามอธิบายให้ฟัง กล่าวคือ

- ระบบโซล่าแค่เข้ามาช่วยให้มิเตอร์เดินช้าลงเท่านั้น เช่น ใช้ไฟ 5 หน่วย ผลิตได้ 4 หน่วยจ่ายค่าไฟ 1 หน่วยๆละ 4 บาท ณ ตอนนั้น ขอเน้นคำว่า ณ ตอนนั้น หรือภาษาอังกฤษเรียกว่า real time

- แต่ถ้าผลิตเกินจากที่ใช้ มิเตอร์จะหยุดเดิน และส่วนเกินจะได้รับเงินจากการไฟฟ้า 1.68 บาท เช่น ใช้ไฟ 5 หน่วย ผลิตได้ 6 หน่วย เกินมา 1 หน่วย ได้เงินหน่วย 1.68 บาท

- เกินกี่หน่วยต่อวันให้เก็บไว้ในใจพอครบเดือนให้ x ด้วย 1.68 แล้วเอายอดเงินนี้ไปหักกับยอดค่าใช้ไฟที่คิดเราหน่วยละ 4 บาท

- สุดยอดครับ คิดได้ยังไง คนคิดต้องเป็นอัจฉริยะมากๆ รักษาผลประโยชน์สุดๆให้กับองค์กร

- แต่บุคคลท่านนี้สอบตกด้านการตลาด ดูได้จาก เป้า 100Mw มีคนสนใจโครงการอัจฉริยะของท่านแค่ 2Mw

- ผมสามารถเข้าใจได้ทันทีว่าท่านอยู่ในธุรกิจผูกขาดมายาวนานหรือภาษาอังกฤษเรียกว่า Monopoly จะเข้าเป้าหรือไม่เข้าเป้า ท่านก็ไม่เดือดร้อน

- ในฐานะนักการตลาดขออนุญาตแนะนำดังนี้

1. เปลี่ยนชื่อโครงการจาก โซลาร์ภาคประชาชน ให้เป็น โซล่าภาคบริษัท อย่าใช้คำว่าประชาชนเลยครับ

2. เพราะประชาชนทั่วไปและส่วนใหญ่ เน้นคำว่าส่วนใหญ่ไม่ได้หมายถึงทุกคน ต้องออกไปทำงาน ทำมาหากินในตอนกลางวัน จะได้ใช้ไฟในตอนเย็น, ตอนกลางคืนและวันหยุด

3. จุดคุ้มค่าของประชาชนในโครงการนี้ ผมมองแทบไม่เห็นเลยครับ เอาเงินไปซื้อกองทุนความเสี่ยงต่ำยังดีซะกว่า

4. ถ้าจะใช้คำว่าโซล่าภาคประชาชน ท่านต้องใช้ระบบ Net Metering แบบที่ทั่วโลกให้คำนิยามกัน

5. แนะนำให้ตั้งเป้าใหม่ เป็น 2Mw ต่อปีหรือต่อ 2ปี แทนที่จะเป็น 100Mwต่อปี ท่านจะบรรลุเป้าหมายอย่างงดงาม



โครงการอัจฉริยะลักษณะนี้จะมีประโยชน์เป็นอย่างมากสำหรับบริษัท ห้างร้าน โรงแรม โรงพยาบาล โชว์รูม และอื่นๆ



เปลี่ยนชื่อโครงการใหม่เถอะครับ และ กรุณา positioning กลุ่มลูกค้าให้ตรง เป้าหมาย 100Mw จะไม่ไกลเกินเอื้อม



"โครงการโซลาร์ภาคบริษัท" เป้าหมาย 100Mw ต่อปี การไฟฟ้าภูมิภาค 70Mw การไฟฟ้านครหลวง 30Mw ติดตั้งได้ไม่เกิน 50Mw (ช่วยคิด)
